Rose Quartz is such a controversial crystal for me. That's because love comes in all forms and we often never know what we attract unless we know ourselves. Some moments of love that have been lost can send us down spirals of hatred feelings. It's the quickest yet unhealthiest way to purge out the hurt. Don't get stuck at a place filled with hatred. It's take a lot of control over your mind to love after hating. You have to reminder yourself that when the pain leaves it doesn't automatically mean forgiveness has taken place. Rise up from hatred and proceed with an open forgiving mind that knows nothing is ever personal. It was just on the timeline. Turn that hate into hope and be healed from the hurt buried within.
